2008 marks the 70th birthday of Grand Master Rhee in the UK.  First Grand Master Rhee was the first to be promoted to Grand Master by Gen. Choi, the founder of TaeKwon-Do.  Grand Master Rhee is the senior vice-president of the ITF, the worlds No.1 Grand Master as well as president and founder of the UKTA.
